Cactus Doors Shutter
(24mm thick with total plastic reinforcement)
Cactus doors are
made out of PVC sections and panels. The door shutter frame is made out
of extruded hollow section in the configuration of A. The overall
dimension of the same is 59mm x 24mm, with usual process variation and
having wall thickness of 2mm with a variation of ± 0.3mm, provided with
all plastic reinforcement to avoid rusting and corrosion. The shutter
frame is mitered and joint at the corners by means of stainless steel
screws. The corners of the shutter frame are reinforced by polymeric
reinforcement of the size 230mmx130mmx15mm. The lock rail is made out
of extruded hollow PVC section in the configuration of H having a
wall thickness of 2mm with a variation of ±0.3mm
and effective dimension of 118mm x 24mm. The lock rail is reinforced by
polymeric reinforcement of the size 230mmx25mmx15mm. The infilll panels
are made out of multi chambered hollow PVC extruded section having an
effective dimension of 200mmx20mm and a wall thickness of 1mm with a
variation of ±0.3mm. The panels are filled into the frame
vertically/horizontally. The panels are provided with supporting ribs
at a distance of not more than 30mm and joined with one another lap
joint. The entire door shutter is provided with S.S. Screws at the
appropriate places for rust free quality. All the doors are assembled
on a state-of-art fabrication unit.
